Retreats

We have hosted and facilitated week long and week-end long retreats for executives, managers and supervisors from EXXON, British Petroleum, ARCO, Alyeska Pipeline, The Commissioner and senior leadership of the Alaska State Department of Natural Resources, the Department of Forestry, and more.

We custom-design each event to meet the needs of the organization. Each has a feedback part, a developmental part, experiential learning, dyads, small group and larger group experiences; most include some specific goal setting; many have included the development of Mission Statements and/or a Statement of Values.

We can work with your senior HR/OD people, as you desire, to maximize the benefit to your people.

If you are looking for something really different, ask about a session at the Kenai Princess Hotel (subject to availability), overlooking the beautiful Kenai River and surrounded by snow peaked mountains about two hours out of Anchorage, Alaska. When we take groups here, we include orienteering (weather permitting.) World class views, world class chef, world class experience.

We have also sub-contracted with the University of Alaska for people qualified to run a ropes course, as desired, depending upon availability.

The number of staff facilitators varies, according to your size and your needs. All are masters-level, or Ph.D.s; all have experience with senior level people (ten years or more.)
